UTENZE - ATTENZIONE: le utenze sono da pagare in anticipo e l'importo è di 150€ da CONGUAGLIARE e da pagare direttamente al proprietario (non tramite Zappyrent) COSTI EXTRA - Previsti 20€ per la registrazione del contratto e 100€ per la pulizia dell'appartamento al termine della locazione. Accogliente monolocale vicino a Piazza dei Martiri, a due passi dalla stazione di Bologna e dal Parco della Montagnola. L’appartamento, situato al quarto piano di un palazzo dotato di ascensore, si compone di un unico ambiente luminoso e dai colori caldi. Sulla sinistra gli ospiti troveranno un divano letto doppio, un mobile con TV e un tavolo da pranzo subito, sulla destra invece un angolo cottura a scomparsa attrezzato con microonde e bollitore. Proseguendo verso la finestra si passa alla zona notte, che comprende un letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Completa il layout un bagno con doccia. Comfort quali lavatrice, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata e riscaldamento saranno a disposizione nell’alloggio.
